Pioneer will pay a candidate referral reward up to 6 months after the initial referral date.
* Each candidate referral needs to meet the following criteria:
The referral person(s) you recommend must not be already registered with Pioneer Consulting.
The referral person(s) must complete a minimum period of 13 continuous weeks with their new employer or new contract assignment.
The referral reward can be paid as Euros if it the referral meets the above criteria. The exchange rate will be set by Pioneer Consulting in line with current market rates.
It is your responsibility to declare the cash reward to the relevant tax authority.
Pioneer Consulting reserves the right to alter or terminate the terms and conditions of the referral programme without any requirement to notify other parties involved.
