I have 9 years experience within recruitment and operations. I am CIPD qualified and am a trained Quality Auditor.

Having spent 8 years at pfj (Phee Farrer Jones) recruitment as their HR and Recruitment manager I have joined Pioneer Consulting with a view to helping it get to the size of other large specialist recruiters.

At pfj I was responsible for recruiting all levels of staff and personally filled 50% of the vacancies myself through networking and headhunting, saving the business over 70,000 in recruitment fees. All of the consultants I personally recruited made it past their 3 months probation and many have continued to do well at pfj. The current top billing consultant at pfj was someone I sourced and personally recruited. During my time as HR manager at Pfj I helped decrease attrition by 10%

I was also an integral part of the training and development team at pfj and had substantial impact on the induction programme that still runs within pfj. I helped pfj maintain their IS09001 accreditation for 6 years and was integral in the business being included in the Times Top 100 Companies to work for.

I am really passionate about any business I work for or work with and am fully committed to meeting their business objectives. I enjoy having an impact at grass roots level and I look for people with the same commitment and work ethic as me.
