Role Objective:
To secure and develop new business opportunities from our pan-European client network, whilst assisting our Business Development Managers in the delivery of candidates to existing clients.
Experience:
-
Between 1-3 years experience in IT recruitment - ideally with exposure to Enterprise Application technologies

Experience of developing client relationships in order to win new business opportunities

Experience of lead generation to identify new business opportunities

Negotiating with clients to agree terms for Permanent or Contract recruitment

Sourcing candidates through a variety of methods: advertising, networking and headhunting

Extensive candidate screening prior to submission to clients
