Role Objective:
To identify and deliver on new business opportunities by developing effective client and candidate relationships. Working closely with our Business Development Managers to secure key accounts and mentor junior consultants.
Experience:

Minimum of 3 years experience in Enterprise Technology recruitment - ideally with a specialist focus on a particular technology

Proven track record of winning new business opportunities with new and existing clients

Experience of developing effective client and candidate relationships

Generation and qualification of leads to identify new business opportunities
-
Detailed candidate screening prior to submission to clients

Attending client meetings in order to win new business

Mentoring and assisting junior members of staff
