Senior Recruitment Consultant

Role Objective: 

To identify and deliver on new business opportunities by developing effective client and candidate relationships. Working closely with our Business Development Managers to secure key accounts and mentor junior consultants.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Enterprise Technology recruitment - ideally with a specialist focus on a particular technology
  • Proven track record of winning new business opportunities with new and existing clients
  • Experience of developing effective client and candidate relationships
  • Generation and qualification of leads to identify new business opportunities
  • Detailed candidate screening prior to submission to clients 
  • Attending client meetings in order to win new business
  • Mentoring and assisting junior members of staff
