Key Responsibilities:
· Develop new business opportunities and manage the sales and recruitment life-cycle from start to finish
· Sell recruitment solutions by telephone and at client meetings
· Building long-term effective relationships with clients and candidates
· Selection of candidates for vacancies, and arranging both client and candidate interviews
· Negotiating rates with clients and candidates
· Maintaining awareness of current market trends
· Writing of advertisement copy
· Working as part of a sales team, updating systems and working alongside fellow consultants, sharing information for the best interests of the company
On-Target-Earning (OTE) Potential:
Year 1 - £30,000 - 50,000
Year 2 - £50,000 – 100,000
Year 3 - £100,000+
